Software
Web store and email.
We run these in-house. Data is not shared, even the hoster does not have access to our server. The systems are secured with, among other things, SSL encryption.

Payment processors
MultiSafepay
We use the MultiSafepay platform to process payments other than paypal or transfer directly to our account. MultiSafepay processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh and Trustpilot
We collect reviews via the Kiyoh and Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Kiyoh and Trustpilot, you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Kiyoh and Trustpilot share this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order if necessary. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website, Trustpilot only your name. In some cases, Kiyoh and Trustpilot may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. We do not share data with Kiyoh and Trustpilot and you will not receive an invitation through these parties.

Shipping and logistics
PostNL

GLS uses this information only for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that GLS engages subcontractors, GLS also makes your data available to these parties.

DPD
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of, inter alia, DPD for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with DPD if we send your order with this carrier. DPD uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also provide your data to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting
AFAS
We use the AFAS services to keep our records and accounts up-to-date. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order.
