Shipping:

If you add an item in your basket, you get shipping options to your location.

- Envelope / small parcel / medium parcel / big parcel: Shipping without tracking. Usually arrives in about 3 weeks for Russia.
- Medium parcel with tracking: Shipping with tracking. Usually arrives in about 3 weeks for Russia.

For Russia:
- Big parcel with tracking and 2-7kg parcels: About 4 weeks delivery time. Delivery time varies a lot!  We ship them out only once a week, on Friday. Order Thursday or Friday early in the morning and it will be shipped Friday.
- 2kg parcel with tracking. About 4 weeks delivery time. Delivery time varies a lot!  We ship them out only once a week, on Tuesday. Order Tuesday early in the morning and it will ship same day.  Note: August 21 we will ship the 2kg parcels, and August 22 we won't ship, if you order August 22 we ship it August 29!

Ukraine:
- Shipping via meest-germany.com.

Other countries:
- Big parcel with tracking and 2-5 kg parcels: About 2-3 weeks delivery time:

For Switzerland and Norway:

- Shipping via GLS with tracking and 2-5 kg parcels, customs documents included. About 1-2 weeks delivery time

Packages are limited by there weight. A small parcel is at most 500 gram, a medium parcel 1 kg and a big parcel 2 kg.
Other countries than Russia: delivery is about 1-2 weeks to most locations.

Payment:

We accept Paypal and Credit card (Visa and Mastercard). We only accept EURO. Paypal charge a 2,5 surcharge for money exchange. If you let your Credit Card do the conversion if you don have a Euro card, thus charge your card in euro, it is usually cheaper.
