Arrived 3.3V half charge as customary during transportation.
after charging 3,65V, discharged 1,7A to 2,5V all in the range 3510-3590mAh and 20-30mΩ. Only one have been 60mΩ but still 3560mAh (Posted on 23-11-23) - good cells Review by Silvije
