Not a single cell was damaged!
Difference in voltage between all cells was less that 0.005v

Ordered 100 pieces. Measured their capacity/impedance/voltage out of the box.Rating
The results:
Capacity @0.5A Discharge 4.2->3.0V: 3400+ mAh
Impedance @1kHz AC:
Min - 21.42 mΩ
Average - 22.3 mΩ
Max - 23.38 mΩ
Voltage out of the box:
Min - 3.4439 V
Average - 3.4468 V
Max - 3.4493 V
Max Difference - 0.0044 V / 4.4 mV
None of the cells were damaged/dead.
Cells are less than 2 months old.
