Една от клетките Samsung INR18650-20R беше с пробити изолация и корпус. Съобщих за проблема и се договорихме при следващата ми поръчка да ми изпратят здрава клетка. Но когато направих поръчка нямаха налични Samsung INR18650-20R - Reclaimed и ме компенсираха с 2 бр. от по-скъпите INR18650-25R - Reclaimed.

My previous order was of two types of cells Samsung INR18650-25R 2500mAh - 20A - Reclaimed
and Samsung INR18650-20R 2000mAh - 22A - Reclaimed.
One of the Samsung INR18650-20R cells had the insulation and casing punctured. I reported the problem and we agreed to send a healthy cell on my next order. But when I placed an order they didn't have Samsung INR18650-20R - Reclaimed available and they compensated me with 2 pcs. from the more expensive INR18650-25R - Reclaimed.
Quick communication and adequate solutions.

- Li-ion batteries can be dangerous when used wrong, short circuit or wrong usage can lead to fire or an explosion
- Do not put the battery in a charger or equipment with wrong terminals connected
- Never short cut the battery. Take care you don’t short cut it accidentally, do not put it in your pocked together with bunch of keys
- Do not disassemble or deform the battery. Dispose it if the battery is deformed
- Do not immerse in water
- Avoid excessive physical shock or vibration
- Do not expose to, dispose of the battery in fire
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Never use a modified or damaged charger
- Do not leave battery in charger over 12 hours
- Store the battery in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area
- Dispose of in accordance with local regulations
- Do not solder on these cells
